MY STORY

Transformational Life Coach

I have been living most of my life conditioned by what society has been expected me to be and to do.

​

I was constantly worrying what other people think of me.

I did not have any clarity of what I wanted my life to look like.

My work environment was so toxic that I began to fear for my health.

 

I was just following the crowd.

I wasn’t present.

Life was just passing me by.

 

Don’t take me wrong, I had been meeting and working with great people (some yes, most of them so so); I have been having great friends, and I have and amazing partner; I am close to my family.

 

But, there was something that was not quite right.

There was something missing.

 

Since the passing of my mother in 2018, I have began to search for answer to my missing thread.

 

What is it that is missing in my life?

What do I want?

​

What is it that I can do to change my

behaviour and live a better life?

​

What is my purpose in life?

 

I began to read books about habits, behaviour and self-development.

I started to practice meditation and I took the 8 weeks Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course.

I became an accredited Transformational Life Coach.

With all the resources available for me, I started to be aware of any changes in my way of thinking, feeling and behaviour.

​

I have also started to be challenging the way I was thinking and embracing the new with an open mind and open heart.

I worked on how to raise my awareness and focus my attention to what mattered most in my life.

I began to show up in the world with the authentic me.

 

I had a voice in the world again.

 

It has been a journey of self-discovery; a journey to find freedom in being who I really wanted to be.

I am now confident in my own skin; I have clarity of what I want from my life, I trust myself and the path I am on.

​

And I can say I am alive again; I am living my best life.

I am healthier, physically and mentally, now than 5, 10 years ago.

I have found my purpose in life: to support people to learn to live their life at their full potentials.

 

I encourage you to leave behind the days where you were just functioning on survival mode and be more present in your life.

Not only you will be feeling and see the benefits; the people around you will see and embrace at open arms the new you.

 

You don’t need to be alone in this journey of changes.

There is absolutely nothing wrong in asking for help.

 

We have been giving only one life.
