1, 2, 3's





We all have problems to solve.


We first start to think we are unhappy, depressed, angry, frustrated, anxious, or unable to achieve what we want…and this is the first part of how the process works: we are telling ourselves a story.


Then, the way we act or react is based on our values and beliefs. And this can be about our own beliefs, other people or the world in general.


And remember that those actions and reactions are most of the time coming from our unconscious mind and we are not aware of this.


Third, discovering and knowing our values and beliefs that are at work will give us the opportunity to choose a different path…if we want to.


Beliefs are thoughts, notions and ideas about us, other people and how the world is.


These beliefs either empower or limit us.


Our limiting beliefs will stop us from being, doing and having what we want to be, do or have, in the present and mainly in the future.


We are the only one that can make the changes in our life, nobody else will.


Take time to think on what stopping you to be, to do, to have what you always wanted.
