I AM MY WORST ENEMY

The topic:

I am my worst enemy.

I am the biggest obstacle of my own success. It fuels fear of failure, block creativity, and crushes my potential. And the thought of "I'm just not good at this" comes alive. So I have to put in practice few steps to manage those moments... The Strategy: 1. Re-frame my self-talk: I am my own harshest critic. I need to pay attention to my inner voice and the way I react to failure and criticism. 2. Embrace the power of 'Yet': Adding this three-letter word to my vocabulary can be a game-changer. It's not that I can't do something; it is that I can't do it, yet. 4. Surround myself with growth mindset individuals: The people I spend the most time with can influence my mindset. I want to surround myself with people who also have a growth mindset — those who see challenges as opportunities, who grow in the face of setbacks, and who see effort as the first step to mastery. Action Step: The choice is mine. Either: (1) to be trapped by my limitations, or (2) give my mind permission to embrace growth. I chose (2)! Change is possible. That's all for this week. Much love, P
