Self-love

Spoiler alert.

I am not talking about a nice massage.


I am talking about:


  • Trusting yourself

  • Feeling connected to who you are

  • Felling connected to what you believe

  • Setting boundaries

  • Speaking kind and gentle words to yourself

  • Be in peace with yourself


How much of the above do you practice?


I have been neglecting them for years.


I didn't have a voice.

I didn't know who I was and what I wanted in my life.

I was lost, I let people walk over me (yes, a door mat).

I dint' like what I saw reflected in the mirror.

My thoughts were in charge of my life and my life was just passing by.


What changed?

One day I read the following from a book: "we can always challenge the way we think, feel and act".

That was the game changer for me.

I wanted to see if that was possible with me.


It has worked.


I embarked in a self development journey where I learnt

  • the abundance living

  • the power visualisation and manifestation

  • self-awareness

  • how to focus my attention on what matters for me

  • different way of thinking

  • how to keep the momentum going when in flow state




I am proud of who I am becoming during my self development journey (which it is still ongoing and will never stop).

I have been learning to really tune in with myself and discover who I really am, and what my beliefs and values are.

I have been admiring the person I see reflected in the mirror.


I feel calmer.

I feel centred.

I feel grateful.

I feel happy.
