The power of questions

I have learnt through last few years the power of questions. I have also recently challenged my thinking about affirmations. Although I believe they work and when used consistently they bring more acknowledgement of one self; I now embrace this new thinking which I explain here. The strategy Questions are more powerful than affirmations and self-talk statements. The brain loves questions. When there is a questions we are free to think for ourself. Questions lead you to the answers you are seeking. Questions force the brain to go on a “search and create” mission. Questions pull the bow string back so the arrow can fly forward. The Action Step - Why am I doing this? This question opens up the curtains for the thinking. It begins the process.

- What do I want to create or accomplish today?

This question sets the stage. It puts the WHAT before the HOW, where it belongs.

- How am I going to create what I want?

This question comes second. It tells your mind to look for and find the answers that will help you create the result you seek. Remember: Your daily actions shape your identity. When you embrace this, your whole world can start to change. Change is possible. Trust me. That's all for this week. Much love, Paolo
