We have all been asked these questions:
> What are your strength?
> What are your weakness?
I have been able to answer to the first question with no problem.
But when it came to answer to the second one, I sensed there was resistance and difficulties to admit what my weakness were.
We don't need to feel embarrassed, ashamed or fearful when listing our weakness.
In a safe environment, where your voice really matters, be authentic and be YOU: consider your weak spots areas; instead of avoiding them, you can start thinking of them as development areas.
You can play around with them using different pathways in different scenarios.
